Refund And Return Policy

At Refine Custom Boxes, we craft your products based on your specifications, we kindly ask that you check your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects or issues that do not align with your approved requirements, let us know within three business days so we can assist you.

 

Please Note: We only process returns or refunds for products that are faulty.

 

Company-Side Defects

If the issue is due to an error on our end, we take full responsibility:

  • We will reprint your entire order at no extra cost.
  • Our team will make the final decision on the defect and our responsibility.
  • To proceed, you will need to return the entire order within 7 business days, covering the shipping costs.
  • Providing proof of the defect (such as digital photos) will help us speed up the reprint process.

 

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is due to customer error and a refund is requested:

  • The client should return the complete order.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs.

 

Order Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, printing begins right after proof approval. If you need to cancel:

  • You have 4 hours after approval to request cancellation.
  • If the order is already being processed, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 to 24 hours after proof approval. Please note that a 50% charge will apply to cover costs associated with materials and time already allocated.
